Prescribing Support Solutions LTD is a private limited company, specialising in providing GPs/PCNs with highly skilled pharmacists. Our registered address is 55 Manor Road, Stretford, Manchester, England, M32 9HT. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office as a Data Controller, registration number ZB557078.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing highly skilled pharmacists to General Practitioners (GPs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
  • Managing our relationship with GPs, PCNs, and pharmacists.
  • Communicating with you regarding our services and any updates or changes.
  • Meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
  • For any other purpose for which you have given your explicit consent

We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:

  • The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
  • Consent that you have provided for specific processing purposes.

Sharing of Personal Data

  • GPs, PCNs, and other healthcare professionals as necessary for the provision of services.
  • Third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services.

    Should any claim be made, we may pass your personal information to our insurer.
  • If our business is wholly or partially transferred to a third party, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets.

Our operations are based in the UK, and your personal information is generally processed within the UK and countries within the European Economic Area (EEA). In some instances, we may transfer your personal information to third countries, for example, where our suppliers or cloud service providers are situated outside the UK and EEA. Where the recipient is situated in a third country that has not received an adequacy decision from the supervisory authority, we will ensure additional safeguards are in place, including the use of applicable standard contractual clauses.

Right to be Informed  This means that we have to be transparent in how we collect and use your personal data 
Right of Access   You have the right to access your personal data. 
Right to Rectification  If the information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that we correct this 
Right to Erasure  You can request that we delete or remove personal data in certain circumstances 
Right to Restrict Processing  You have the right to request that we cease processing your data if  

  • you consider it inaccurate or incomplete and/or 
  • you object to the reason we’re processing your data 

We will review the validity of your request and respond to you with our decision 

Right to Data Portability  Where you have consented to our processing your data or where the processing is necessary for us to deliver a contract you can request a copy of that data be provided to a third party 
Right to Object  You have the right to object to our processing in certain circumstances and an absolute right to object to direct marketing.  
Rights relating to Automated Decision-Making including Profiling  We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. 

 

Right to contact the supervisory authority If you are unhappy with anything we have done with your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
